Do my clients need to create an account?

No. Each request has a private link. They open it, upload, done.

Does it work with QuickBooks Online or Xero?

CloseDock collects the documents; you download them and use them in QBO, Xero or any ledger. Direct integrations are on the roadmap.

What happens if a client ignores the reminders?

You'll see them flagged as overdue on your dashboard so you know exactly who to call.

Where are files stored?

In private cloud object storage. Files are never public; you download them through your signed-in dashboard.

Can I cancel anytime?
